- medium potatoes - 2 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- slices bacon, diced - 4 item
- to 8 ears fresh corn - 6 item
How to make fried corn:
Clean corn and cut from cob. Peel and dice potatoes. Start bacon in skillet, then add potatoes. When bacon is about crisp and potatoes are getting soft, add remaining ingredients and fry over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Corn.
