Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- hot sausage - 1 lb
- bag shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- jar Ragu - 1 item
- loaf unsliced French bread - 1 item
How to make stromboli:
Slice bread lengthwise of loaf. Take out inside of bread leaving the shell. Be careful not to break outside of bread, leaving a little in the crust. Brown sausage and ground chuck; drain. Add Ragu and simmer a few minutes. Fill both loaf sides with meat sauce. Cover with cheese. Put loaf back together. Wrap tightly in foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
