  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • orange juice - 3 Tbsp
  • halved strawberries - 3 c
  • baked 5-inch tart shells, prepared - 4 item
  • melted orange marmalade - 1/4 c

How to make strawberry tarts:

Beat cream cheese, orange juice and sugar until well blended. Divide mixture and spread over bottom of each tart shell. Add strawberries and brush with orange marmalade. Chill 1 hour; serve.
