  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • diced apples - 2 c

How to make sour cream apple pie:

Sift together into bowl 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, nutmeg and salt. Add sour cream; beat well. Add egg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add diced apples. Place in pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° to 375° or until apples
