Ingredients/Components

  • melted oleo - 3/4 c
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • crushed pretzels - 2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • medium Cool Whip - 1 item
  • large strawberry jello - 1 item
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz

How to make strawberry pretzel salad:

Mix melted oleo, sugar and pretzels in 9 x 13-inch dish. Press flat in dish and bake 8 minutes at 400°.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Stir in Cool Whip and spread onto cooled pretzel crust after crust cools.

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries (thawed) and let stand 10 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture and chill.
