Ingredients/Components
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- box strawberry jello - 1 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- salad oil - 2/3 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- frozen strawberries - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- Add oil and milk
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- strawberries, drained - 1/2 c
How to make strawberry pecan cake:
Mix together the cake mix and jello. Add oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each. Stir in frozen strawberries, coconut and pecans. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 3 layers.Frosting:1/2 c. pecans1 stick margarine1/2 c. coconut1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. strawberries, drained Cream margarine and sugar. Add strawberries, pecans and coconut.
