- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
How to make strawberry pecan bread:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and oil. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in the partially thawed, undrained berries and nuts. Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes in a greased loaf pan. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove; cool on a wire rack. Wrap and store in the refrigerator.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
