- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- frozen strawberries - 1 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- strawberries, drained - 1/2 c
- Add 1 egg at a time
How to make strawberry pecan cake:
Mix cake mix and jello; beat in the oil and milk. Add 1 egg at a time. Add berries, coconut and pecans. Make 3 layers and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Filling:1 stick margarine1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. pecans, chopped1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. strawberries, drained Mix well and spread on cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
