Yummy apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
• egg yolks - 4 item
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• self-rising flour
• chopped apples - 1 c
• large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
• Wesson oil
• Makes 3 layers
• grated apples - 2 c
• can grated coconut - 1 item

How to make yummy apple cake:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Icing:1 c. Pet milk1 c. sugar1 stick butter4 egg yolks1 can grated coconut1 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Cook milk, sugar, butter and egg yolks in pan until thick. Add the coconut, chopped pecans and vanilla flavoring. Mix all of these ingredients until icing is thick and cool. Spread on cake.
