  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • flaked coconut - 1 c
  • pecans - 2 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • box strawberry gelatin - 1 oz
  • mashed berries - 1 c
  • Frosting:1 box xxx sugar

How to make strawberry nut cake:

Frosting:1 box xxx sugar1 stick margarine2 c. mashed berries1/2 c. coconut2 c. pecans Cake: Combine the cake mix and dry gelatin. Add the oil, milk and eggs and beat until blended. Add coconut, pecans and berries. Divide into three 8-inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting: Add soft margarine to sugar, then add berries, coconut and pecans. Mix well. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
