Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 2 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- box strawberry gelatin - 1 oz
- mashed berries - 1 c
- Frosting:1 box xxx sugar
How to make strawberry nut cake:
Frosting:1 box xxx sugar1 stick margarine2 c. mashed berries1/2 c. coconut2 c. pecans Cake: Combine the cake mix and dry gelatin. Add the oil, milk and eggs and beat until blended. Add coconut, pecans and berries. Divide into three 8-inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Frosting: Add soft margarine to sugar, then add berries, coconut and pecans. Mix well. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
