Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• butter - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• dates, chopped - 1 c
• large can Pet milk - 1 item
• strawberry jam - 1 c
• Add egg yolks

How to make strawberry jam cake:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Mix dry ingredients and add this to egg mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Add beaten egg whites. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350°.Icing:2 c. sugar1 c. butter1 c. coconut4 Tbsp. flour1 large can Pet milk Cook slowly until thick. Ice cake.
