Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- coffee creamer - 2 Tbsp
How to make overnight coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. nuts1/2 tsp. nutmeg Mix all together. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured baking dish. Sprinkle topping on cake and cover. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake next morning at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
