  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • nuts, chopped - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • frozen strawberries
  • prepared Dream Whip or Cool Whip - 1 c

How to make strawberry fluff:

Combine flour, oleo, brown sugar and nuts; mix well. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°, stirring occasionally. Cool, then crumble, reserving 1 cup. Spread remaining crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Place egg whites, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 15 minutes. Fold in Dream Whip. Spread in prepared pan. Top with crumbs. Freeze until firm.
