Strawberry fluff
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- large egg whites - 2 item
- cup brown sugar - 1/4 item
- cup flour - 1 item
- cup sugar - 2/3 item
- cup chopped nuts - 1/4 item
- Tbsp lemon juice - 2 item
- ounce pkg frozen strawberries, thawed - 10 item
- ounce container cool whip - 8 item
How to make strawberry fluff:
Melt butter, add flour, brown sugar, and nuts. Spread in a 9 by 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Stir 3 or 4 times.) Cool. Set aside 1/2 for top.Beat egg whites and lemon juice, add sugar and strawberries. Fold in cool whip. Spread mixture over crumbs in pan. Top with reserved crumbs. Freeze. Serve frozen.
