  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • frozen strawberries - 2 c
  • angel food cake - 1 item

How to make strawberry delight:

Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Add strawberries, then ice cream. Stir until ice cream melts. Put aside in refrigerator to chill until partially thick. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan with thin slices of angel food cake. Cover with a layer of strawberry mixture. Add another layer of angel food cake slices and top with the rest of mixture. Keep in refrigerator.
