- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- mashed persimmons - 1 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Combine liquid ingredients and sugar. Measure dry ingredients together. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured 1-quart baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
