Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- medium carrots - 2 item
- small bunch broccoli - 1 item
How to make stir-fried vegetables:
Cut carrots into thin pieces. Thinly slice onion. Cut broccoli into 2 x 1/2-inch pieces.In a 12-inch skillet over high heat, in hot salad oil, cook carrots, onions and broccoli, stirring quickly and frequently for 4 to 6 minutes. Add salt and mushrooms, drained. Heat. Serve.
