Stir-fried cabbage



  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1/2 c
  • thinly sliced celery - 1 c
  • onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • coarsely shredded cabbage - 4 c

How to make stir-fried cabbage:

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add remaining ingredients; cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until cabbage is crisp-tender. Yields 8 servings.
