  • chicken broth - 1/2 c
  • thinly sliced celery - 1 c
  • onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • coarsely shredded cabbage - 4 c
  • or 2 carrots, thinly sliced - 1 item

How to make stir-fry cabbage:

Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until cabbage is crisp and tender.
