- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- pinch of red pepper flakes - 1 item
- chopped garlic - 1 Tbsp
- bunch broccoli rabe - 1 item
How to make steamed broccoli rabe:
Trim and cut off bottom stalks of broccoli rabe. Rinse broccoli rabe. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic and red pepper. Add broccoli rabe and saute until leaves are wilted. Cover skillet and lower heat. Cook broccoli rabe for about 5 minuteRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Greens.
