Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- or 2 carrots, grated - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup not diluted - 1 item
- yellow squash measure after cooking - 2 c
How to make squash supreme:
Cook and drain squash; mash. Add soup, cream, carrots and seasoning. Butter casserole; sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning crumbs on bottom; add squash mixture. Cover with crumbs. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Side dish.
