Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons water. Combine all remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400° oven. Batter will keep several days in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
