Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water in a large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Add oil and remaining ingredients. Stir until mixture is smooth. Cover tightly and refrigerate 4 hours. Stir again and spoon into well-greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes until golden.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
