Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- very warm water - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. stir in sugar. Add egg, butter or margarine and flour. Beat with mixer until well mixed. Fill greased and heated muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 450° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Dough keeps well in refrigerator 4 to 5 days.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
