Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder
- white cornmeal
- well beaten eggs - 3 item
- piece of butter size of walnut - 1 item
How to make spoon bread:
Make mush of the meal and 2 cups of milk. Add the rest of the milk, well beaten eggs, salt and baking powder and melted butter. Bake in a medium oven about 30 minutes or until set and brown.
