  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • lemon - 1/2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • fresh mushrooms - 5 oz
  • slices bacon - 6 item
  • Dijon style mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • bunch fresh spinach - 1 item
  • to 3 hard-cooked eggs - 2 item
  • bunch radishes - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Fry bacon until crispy. Drain well on paper towel. Crumble. Rinse spinach carefully. Drain well. Tear spinach into a salad bowl. Clean and slice mushrooms. Cut lemon into thin wedges. Rinse radishes. Slice thinly. Cut eggs into wedges. Add mushrooms, lemons and radishes to spinach. Blend. Garnish salad with the egg wedges. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Add oil-vinegar dressing. May also be served with this salad. Preparation time 30 minutes.
