Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 6 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- fresh spinach leaves - 2 qt
- can bean sprouts, drained or 2 c - 1 oz
- hard-cooked eggs, boiled, peeled and diced - 4 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. salad oil1/3 c. vinegar1/3 c. ketchup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce In a jar, combine all dressing ingredients. Shake well to mix; set aside. In large salad bowl, toss all salad ingredients. Just before sRecipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
