Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- dash of nutmeg and cinnamon - 1 item
- or 6 slices bread in coarse pieces - 5 item
- Sprinkle brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon over crumbs
How to make bread pudding:
Use enough bread pieces to fill 8 x 8-inch dish. Sprinkle brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon over crumbs. Melt butter in milk and blend in eggs. Pour mixture over bread. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
