  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • salad oil
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 2 item
  • can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
  • can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
  • slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 8 item
  • spinach, washed, stemmed and broken - 1 lb

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. salad oil1/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. ketchup1 tsp. salt1 tsp. grated onion1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend dressing ingredients in blender or with mixer. Pour dressing on salad
