Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • salad oil
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • can bean sprouts - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 1/4 c
  • to 1 Tbsp - 1 tsp
  • slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 5 item
  • bag spinach - 1 item
  • small onion, cut fine - 1 item
  • green onions chop greens and all - 6 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. salad oil1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. catsup1/4 c. white vinegar1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce dash of salt1 small onion, cut fine Blend dressing ingredients in blender.

Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
