Ingredients/Components
- bag spinach - 1 (10
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, cut up - 2 item
- slices bacon - 5 item
- salad oil
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Salad Dressing:1 c. salad oil1 tsp. Worcestershire1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. catsup1/4 c. cider vinegar1 medium onion, chopped fine1 tsp. salt pepper to taste Wash spinach, drain and break up into bite size pieces, removing coarse stems. Cook bacon until crisp. Break into pieces. Drain bean sprouts and rinse well. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients in blender; beat to combine.
