Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • oil
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • can bean sprouts - 1 item
  • slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 6 item
  • bag spinach - 1 item

How to make korean salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil1/3 c. catsup3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 medium onion Mix spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs and bacon in large bowl.

Dressing: Place oil, catsup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and onion in blender and process until smooth. Pour over salad just before serving.
