Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 6 item
- bag spinach - 1 item
How to make korean salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil1/3 c. catsup3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 medium onion Mix spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs and bacon in large bowl.Dressing: Place oil, catsup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and onion in blender and process until smooth. Pour over salad just before serving.
