Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- red onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- bunch fresh spinach - 1 item
- to 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
How to make spinach salad:
Clean spinach and partially dry. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs, onion and crumbled bacon. Combine sugar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, salad oil and vinegar and shake well or put in blender.
