Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- slices bacon - 3 item
- bunches spinach - 2 item
- sesame seed, toasted and ground - 2 Tbsp
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1/4 c. vinegar3 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt1/4 c. water3 Tbsp. salad oil Wash spinach well and drain. Fry bacon until crispy and crumble into bits. Take leaves of spinach and put in a large bowl. Mix with dressing, bacon and sesame seed. Divide spinach leaves in individual serving dishes. Chop hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle over spinach.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
