  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • small onion, minced - 1 item
  • cider vinegar red - 1/3 c

How to make celery seed dressing:

Place the first 6 ingredients and 1/2 the vinegar in a blender jar; blend well. With blender still running, add the oil and remaining vinegar; blend thoroughly. This method prevents the dressing from separating. Stir in the celery seed.
