Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• frozen peas - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• oregano - 1 tsp
• basil
• bacon - 1 lb
• head lettuce - 1 item
• spinach - 1 pkg

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 tsp. basil1 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. salt1 c. sour cream1 c. mayonnaise1 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix dressing and seal over top of salad the day before. Serve the next day. Serves 24.
