Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • olive oil - 9 Tbsp
  • bacon - 1/2 lb
  • large clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • small mushrooms - 1/2 3/4
  • to 3 bunches spinach - 2 item
  • 1/2 bunches green onions - 1 item
  • large raw egg yolk - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:3 Tbsp. lemon juice9 Tbsp. olive oil1/8 tsp. pepper1 tsp. salt1 large clove garlic, crushed1/8 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. sugar1 large raw egg yolk Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and cool. Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Slice onions and mushrooms. Combine dressing in blender. Toss salad and dressing just before serving.
