Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- oregano
- olive oil
- garlic, minced - 1/2 tsp
How to make greek salad dressing:
Mix everything together but olive oil. Let stand 15 minutes. Gradually add olive oil. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.Recipe categories: Salads, Salad dressings, Greek.
