- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 10 oz
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- light cream
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion - 2 tsp
How to make spinach quiche:
Filling:2 c. light cream4 eggs3/4 tsp. salt Thaw spinach; squeeze out water. Saute onion in margarine. Whip filling ingredients and add to onion mixture. Add cheese, nutmeg and pepper. Add spinach. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
