Spinach quiche
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- half and half - 1 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, chopped - 1/2 lb
- shredded Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 1 c
- tarragon optional - 1 tsp
- pastry shell unbaked - 1 item
How to make spinach quiche:
Mix first five ingredients. Add spinach. Melt butter and cook onion and mushrooms. Add with tarragon to spinach mixture. Salt to taste. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 400° oven for 25 minutes. Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and sRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
