Spinach quiche

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 3 oz
• eggs - 2 item
• half and half - 1 c
• butter - 4 Tbsp
• bread crumbs - 1/2 c
• salt to taste - 1 item
• onion, finely chopped - 1 item
• fresh mushrooms, chopped - 1/2 lb
• shredded Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
• chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 1 c
• tarragon optional - 1 tsp
• pastry shell unbaked - 1 item

How to make spinach quiche:

Mix first five ingredients. Add spinach. Melt butter and cook onion and mushrooms. Add with tarragon to spinach mixture. Salt to taste. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 400° oven for 25 minutes. Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and s
