  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • small carton Ricotta cheese - 1 item
  • sticks unsalted butter, melted - 3 item
  • boxes chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 4 oz
  • philo dough, thawed - 1 lb

How to make spinach pie:

Beat cheeses together; add eggs, onion, oil, salt, pepper and spinach. Brush bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with butter. Put 10 sheets of philo dough; place filling on top of dough and place 10 more sheets of dough. Butter in between each one. Bake 45 minu
