Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 3 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Feta cheese - 1/2 lb
- small carton Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- sticks unsalted butter, melted - 3 item
- boxes chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 4 oz
- philo dough, thawed - 1 lb
How to make spinach pie:
Beat cheeses together; add eggs, onion, oil, salt, pepper and spinach. Brush bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with butter. Put 10 sheets of philo dough; place filling on top of dough and place 10 more sheets of dough. Butter in between each one. Bake 45 minuRecipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
