  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • minced green onion - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced carrots - 5 c
  • lemon peel - 1/4 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
  • minced green pepper - 3 Tbsp

How to make company carrots:

Cook carrots in boiling salt water until tender. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
