Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- frozen chopped spinach - 1 pkg
- Muenster cheese, shredded - 3/4 lb
How to make spinach pie:
Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain well. Press with fork in strainer. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, cooled spinach, Ricotta cheese and shredded Muenster. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Line greased pan with crescent rolls; put in mixture. Form lattice crust on top with extra dough.
