Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 Tbsp
- celery salt - 2 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 4 pkg
- roll jalapeno cheese - 12 oz
- Tabasco or less to taste - 1 tsp
- vegetable liquor, drained from spinach - 1 c
How to make spinach madeline:
Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain well and save liquor. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring, until blended and smooth, but not brown.
