  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • celery salt - 3/4 tsp
  • frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
  • vegetable liquor - 1/2 c
  • roll jalapeno cheese, cubed - 6 oz

How to make spinach madeline:

Prepare spinach according to package. Drain and reserve liquor. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until blended. Add liquor slowly. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir until melted. Combine with spinach. This may be served with buttered bread crumbs. Freezes well. Serves 5 to 6.
