Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- flour - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cans tomato sauce - 3 oz
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- dried oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- dried basil leaves - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 9 item
- 1% cottage cheese - 16 oz
- reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 oz
How to make spinach lasagna:
Prepare noodles. Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic 5 minutes in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in spinach, oregano, basil and pepper. Set aside.
