- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- skim milk - 3 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- unsalted margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla frozen yogurt, fresh fruit or sherbet
- powdered sugar optional - 1 item
- sugar - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 3/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- molasses - 1/2 c
- margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- Lemon Sauce - 1 item
How to make chicken and dumplings:
