Spinach lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, divided - 3 c
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- dried parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- grated Romano cheese - 3 oz
- can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 1 pkg
- each spaghetti sauce - 2 jars
- curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
- sliced pepperoni optional - 3 oz
- cooked lasagna, rinsed and drained - 8 oz
How to make spinach lasagna:
Cook beef in large skillet over medium high heat until browned, stirring to separate meat; drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, onion and seasonings.
