Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pecans - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- potato chips - 1 item
- onion, minced - 3 Tbsp
- cooked chicken, cut into chunks - 2 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients except soup and potato chips. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Pour soup over top without mixing. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
