Cream cheese lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- 8 oz - 2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- dried Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
- commercial sour cream - 1/4 c
- beef flavored bouillon granules - 1 tsp
How to make cream cheese lasagna:
Cook beef and onion in a heavy skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, paste, water, flakes, Italian seasoning, bouillon and garlic powder. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs; stir well. Spoon small amount of meat sauce into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer with half each of noodles, cheese mixture, pepperoni, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
